Rio Vista City

THE ALLIANCE is an advisory body to the City Council that has been in existence since 2002 and provides ongoing alcohol, tobacco and other drug prevention education within Rio Vista. The Solano County Reducing Rates Coalition provides oversight to the prevention  education in all cities within Solano County. THE ALLIANCE receives grant funding through the Reducing Rates Coalition to support  prevention efforts in school, youth, and parenting programs as well as alcohol/tobacco compliance checks and Responsible Beverage Service Training within Rio Vista. The grant funding is made possible by the Solano County Board of Supervisors.
