Welcome to Rio Vista Delta Breeze, the City of Rio Vista’s regional transit system! Rio Vista Delta Breeze provides the following transit services for your convenience:
Rio Vista Delta Breeze offers deviated fixed route bus service within the City of Rio Vista and between Isleton, Rio Vista, Fairfield, Suisun City, Lodi, Pittsburg/Bay Point BART Station and Antioch. The bus routes actually come to your door!
Rio Vista Delta Breeze Taxi Scrip Program, which provides door-to-door service in conjunction with Delta Cab for Rio Vista seniors and persons with disabilities.
